There was not a bus to transport us and many people waited for along time including us. The young lady checking us in was harassed by some of the travelers and was upset. She should have been. The driver who finally came to get us got us to the hotel very efficiently.

The pier coordinator had exact knowledge of our transfer reservation and quickly escorted us to the bus. Our drive, “Fafa”, was just great! Friendly and personable, he gave us a wonderful narration with info and details of Seattle sites as we drive along, just as good as any official tour although it was only a transfer. Perfect service and coordination at the pier. Can’t imagine why anyone would consider a different transfer service. This one scores a perfect rating.
