My 4 friends and I had a great experience with the transfer. Instructions were very clear as to where to check in and where to wait for the bus which was a short distance from the baggage claim. Our driver loaded and unloaded our suitcases and he was very nice and full of knowledge of the city of Seattle. It was as if we were on a tour of Seattle : ) I highly recommend this company!

Trip from airport to NCL port was terrible. The driver was good, but the shuttle van was terrible. I thought it was going to fall apart. The a/c did not work. My wife was very hot. The van exhaust fumes almost made us pass out. We could feel engine was about to fail. Not ok.The trip from cruise ship to Seattle airport was good on the bright side. Not sure if i would use them again.

Oh My what a wonderful experience Picked up just a few feet from the Pier in Seattle Loaded us up Off we went Friendly helpful staff So convenient Highly recommend Don’t waist your time on Uber or Lyft in Seattle I don’t ever recommend taxi service
