Today I booked the Orca Quest cruise and spoke to Silvia. Silvia was amazing she had the best customer service and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I even asked her questions related to Seward, Alaska, and the weather and she took the time to provide details and answer everyone of them. What a great experience! I am looking forward to our activity with this company in June, and appreciate the WOW service provided by Silvia.

This tour exceeded expectations. We saw a great many orca whales and other creatures. Captain Nat had great narration and did a great job of finding and staying near wildlife. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Excellent! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful with onboard supplies when my oldest daughter got super sick. They provided me with blankets and extra sweatshirt so we could sit outside and let her get fresh air and still see the whales without her being too cold since all the warm clothes plus her jacket I had brought were soiled with throw up.
