We had T.J. as a guide this week. Not only was he fun, fantastic, and knowledgeable, but we were fortunate to have a great group of travelers with us. We were blessed with beautiful sunny weather, and the photos I have are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time on the beaches at different points along the coast. Very windy. Waves were huge and crashing spectacularly against the rocks. Lunch in Cannon Beach was great. I highly recommend trying the lemon bars at the local bakery. We had Tom’s Fish and Chips was quick and delicious. I loved looking at the different plants and trees at Ecola State Park, which admission was included with the tour. We were able to take a couple small trails to get to different look out points. The forest in Ecola State Park was breathtaking. The depth of the forest and how green it was, including the lichen and moss in the trees, and the different trees/shrubs/plants were fascinating. I could go on and on, it was fantastic.I highly recommend!
