Everything was great with the service. Jose was amazing. He was waiting for us coming into baggage claim and was helpful. The ONLY ISSUE was that I was charged for tolls on the pick up day but when I later reviewed the ticket purchase, the tolls were supposed to included. I raised the issue to Best Luxury Transportation and they did not offer a refund.

The transfer service was prompt and professional. This service made our travel day less stressful knowing that we had a dedicated driver in a large vehicle. I would definitely use this service again.
