Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
Customers must be at least 40" tall to participate. iFLY Paramus will not fly guests under 40" tall.
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

I took my boyfriend for his birthday: 4 flights which I upgraded to 2 "high flights" and I also purchased the video/picture for an additional $40. Needless to say I invested in the experience to ensure that he enjoyed himself. The flight experience itself was good. However, when i went online to access the pics and videos, my boyfriend was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the location multiple times, left voicemails and I never got a call back. By that time the 21days went by and now after spending all that money, I felt robbed. It is unacceptable especially for such a popular activity. How do you pay for something and have no access to it and when you try to follow-up get no response. They need to do better.

Absolute garbage. Hated every secound the staff was rude and very un helpful. everyone should be fired at this place.

not enough time in flying and in coaching. Price is too high for the exercise. The air tunnel create loud noises and need to practice on breathing at first time.
