I've worked as a photojournalist for many years and I'm passionate about exploring New York and teaching photography. from fundamental principles to advance street photography tips.
Also I'm a licensed NYC TOUR GUIDE so you'll be learning the history of the place you choose.

Over the years I have visited this beautiful city several times. However, touring it with Pilar as my guide lent a completely different perspective. Pliar was informative, engaging, and, in addition to having in-depth knowledge of the history of the city, she made it fun! She took me to all the nooks and crannies which I may never have thought to visit on my own. Picture The City is well worth it and Pilar is an outstanding guide!

Pilar was a fantastic guide to places in NYC I wasn’t aware of and helped me focus on capturing the unique characteristics along the way. I really appreciated her enthusiasm and expertise with photography. I got some amazing shots and have a greater understanding of composition and Light. So much fun ! I had a great time.
