We never could log onto the platform we could not contact Viator or the puzzling adventures group, so we abandoned the plan. Still waiting to see if I will be refunded the money I paid upfront.

Generally pretty good- great family activity to do. We did have issue with one of first clues- needs to be updated… other one with map - looks like map changed as this clue made no sense… cost us a lot of time and points. Will definitely look to do this activity again in other cities.

We ended up exploring Prescott on our own. We found and paid for this puzzling “adventure”. The process is super confusing. There were instructions on how to go to the website and create a profile and log in with the booking code. Well that didn’t work. Once I entered the booking code it said we didn’t have an adventure booked but if we paid $50 something on top of what we already paid we could book a new adventure. There is a bot that you can “chat” with and they send you a link which doesn’t work. I tried to chat with customer service 3 times with no success. I called the customer service phone number and there was no one who answered the phone. No adventure was ever sent to me in anyway, shape, or form. Such a scam. I was looking for something that my 3 kids, husband, and I could do in downtown Prescott while we were in town. We explored on our own. It would be better if once you paid, you would get a link on your email or on the website with the game and you could literally have a starting page or something and once that task is completed you can click a button that says complete and then it would take you to the next task. Not that hard . . . Very disappointed. I hope I get my refund!
