Enjoy aerial views of blue ice-fields and hanging glaciers as you glide past the rugged peaks of the Chugach mountians. During your tour, your pilot will land on a glacier and you will have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to step out and explore the ancient ice. This 90-minute tour includes an extended return flight over the majestic waters of Prince William Sound, where you'll see a spectacular 400-foot-tall tide-water glacier and look for seals and otters in the blue fjords. Don't forget your camera - this trip is a photographer's dream. If you have a group larger than three guests, please contact Alpine Air to book.

This is one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve done a few helicopter flights over my time however this one made me speechless. I had it on my bucket list for a while and I chose Alpine Air because of their good reviews and also because of what they offer. The flight scenery is just amazing and getting to land on the glacier as well just made the experience that little better! I’ve never seen what we saw on such a large scale. It made me feel so small on this earth. It’s hard to get a reading of how big it really is because it’s just so big! I decide to do the 1.5hrs flight as I figured it would be a once in a life time opportunity...it was 100 percent worth it! JUST DO IT! Use this company as what you see advertised is what you get and they won’t let you down! You won’t regret a thing! Thanks to Ty our pilot too! He was a legend pointing out all glaciers as we flew over them and made those in the helicopter feel very safe in his hands! Cheers for the flight and the memories!

Alpine Air Alaska is fantastic and this tour was incredible. Easily the most awe-inspiring scenery I've ever seen - absolutely not to be missed and totally worth it. The ground staff and crew were very friendly and helpful on the phone and on-site. Our pilot was super-professional and safety-conscious. He pointed out wildlife, including moose and caribou, as we flew over the glacier-covered mountains and green valleys. Once we landed on the glacier, he provided cramp-ons for our shoes and even offered a hand to help us over the ridges and slippery spots. We got to drink glacier water too - icy cold and so pure it had no taste. Also the air had no smell. Like being on another planet.

Alpine Air is a first-class operation! The staff was friendly, informative and to easy to be with. The pilot was professional and courteous and took care of our every need, including loaning us jackets for the glacier landing. The best part about the tour is the unbelievable beauty that is Alaska. Flying through the air and seeing all the glaciers, the mountains, the wildlife - oh my goodness it was just incredible! The glacier landing had another-world feel to it. It was absolutely stunning and amazing. I'd go again in a minute!!
