The captains were knowledgable and fun. Even though it rained most of our trip we still had a great time and they help us make the best of our trip.

Booked this trip for 8 of us and rented two separate boats. This is no “boat party”. Our captain did not even introduce himself, right off the bat told us we will listen to only his music and nothing else, he sat their miserable with a finger in his ear to drown out the music. I did not design this boat but maybe his seat shouldn’t be right in front of the only speaker. This could’ve been such a great experience but instead we felt like we were in the library and had to whisper. Would never recommend this to anyone and would never do it again.

Dear Ashley K, Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. We’re sorry to hear about your bad experience. Our guests’ happiness is always our highest priority. Your party purchased individual seats on a public sunset cruise, not a private 2-hour tiki party. Since there were 8 of you, two boats were required. Our Captains always begin each charter by introducing themselves with a safety briefing. It is possible not everyone in your group was introduced to both Captains since you were traveling on separate boats. Guests are always free to play their own music. On a sunset charter, the music must be at a reasonable volume since the boat is underway and guests must be able to hear safety information from the Captain. When the boat is at anchor, guests are free to play their music at any volume. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are considering relocating our speakers to prevent any issues in the future.

A great two-hour boat ride. Morgan, our captain made the cruise very enjoyable. He was a great guide and a wealth of knowledge. We had two couples on the boat, we brought some High Noons and figured it would be nice cruise, but we got an education from Morgan. We learned so much and were entertained by the sights.
