We booked this transport and gave our flight details well ahead of time. When we landed I let them know we were going through security’s be baggage reclaim. They gave the driver the wrong flight so no one was there to pick us up as he thought we landed 2 hours later than we actually did. We called and messaged numerous times and they ignored us. They lied to us and there was no apology or responsibility taken. 15 of us were waiting at the airport for an hour after we had paid for the service, we then had to take several taxis instead.
