If I could rate this company lower than 1 star, I would. I made my reservations in nearly 2 months in advance. When I made the reservation, I included my drop off location which was outside of Boston In a neighboring suburb. The day before my travel, I contacted the company to confirm everything was still on track. I was assured that it was. The next day when I awoke, I saw I had received a text from the company asking me if I was being dropped off outside of downtown Boston. I replied that I was, just as was indicated in my original reservation. They responded that I would have to pay an additional $35 surcharge. My response was that there was no indication of this nor that they only serve downtown Boston when I made the original reservation. I double checked this when I made the original reservation. I responded that I expected them to honor the price I had paid in the original confirmed reservation which included the location for my drop off. Instead, I got a very short response. The response was, “No. This has to be canceled.” All of this exchange happened as I was rolling my suitcase out to the car the head to the airport and begin my trip. Since they clearly were not interested in honoring the original pre-paid arrangement, I just said please process my refund info. I let them know I would also contact Viator. My contact with Viator revealed that they would have to request that the company release the money for a refund. Thankfully that happened relatively quickly. But it left me with out transportation from the airport to my hotel. Of course I was able to arrange local transportation on the ground. My initial intent had been to have this easy and be met at the airport for a smooth arrival. I would not recommend this company ever.
