We received a text as we were waiting for luggage letting us know he was there and to tell him when we were ready for the car. As soon as we got our luggage he told us where to meet him. But.... He was a little hard to find and he never got out of the car until I motioned to him. Even then he was not sure we were his right fare. It was a little strange.
The car was clean and comfortable and once my husband got him talking, he was willing to make conversation. But I was not thrilled when he took a call from dispatch and then proceeded to check his phone for the information they needed. WHILE DRIVING! Just had me a little on edge.
Be sure that you get the car you reserve. We did not, but Viator made it right.
Driver had trouble locating us at first but after a second call he found us. He was polite but did not talk much. Got us us to union station on tine. It was worth the extra cost to use the car service.
First car did not arrive. Total waiting time 45 minutes after first call.
One luggage left at airport pick up place. - still missi ng.
