Following phone call on arrival waited an hour for collection.
First car failed to turn up.
Second car picked up alternative passengers.
Third car finally arrived driver was helpful but unaware of our situation.
Resolving these issues cost me an additional £12.60 in mobile phone calls.
The driver and his vehicle were excellent. Have rated the transfer 4 rather than 5 because of the difficulty in making contact with the local transfer company. None of the numbers provided seemed to work from my mobile phone and the public phone didn't seem to work either. Managed to make contact by asking a kind and very helpful man at the GO shuttle desk is we could use his phone! Once contact was made, everything went very smoothly.
