I received confirmation email but no car was waiting for us! Very disappointed as we had to find other transportation.
The stretch limo that we ordered did not arrive. Instead we received transfer in an SUV and the driver thought that was OK. He mentioned that he had a problem with the limo so he got an SUV instead. We submitted a complain. However it appeared that Viator was completely lacking communication with the local limo company. The local limo company was telling us something and Viator something else.
Overall this was a horrible experience.
I do not recommend reserving a transfer with this company.
Total mix up with where we were to be picked up. Landed at terminal five but had been informed we were to be picked up at terminal one. Shuttled to terminal one and called viator. Put on hold while on a pay phone.. Informed to go to door five D at terminal one. This door does not exist. Called viator again with the help of a local residents cell phone and eventually got picked after almost two hours at the airport. Very dissatisfied with this service
