We were supposed to get three cars for 12 people and only one car showed. After confirming three times before our arrival. Also, when we were on the phone the workers were not helpful at all and were rude.

The driver was funny , helpful and accommodating to my delayed flight issues . The car was clean and smelled good. I only had a little issue booking my exact times but that was a issue with the customer service phone rep not the driver .
