Exceptional Service from beginning to end. Our driver Nelson Sr communicated with us from the moment our flight arrived. He directly us exactly where to go for pickup. Amazing luxury vehicle to accommodate our group of 9. He even threw in a bonus stop to kick off our girls trip right. Amazing all around!

The driver showed up 35 minutes late because the company over booked him. They wouldn’t allow us to pick up an earlier time like we wanted. Ended up using a different company all together. Requested a refund from Viator because of such crappy service and they said burton is only refunding $20 out of $100 paid. I will never use this site to anything again.
