Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Booked a Limo but it didn't turn up, got an SUV in stead. Driver blamed us for sending him the wrong info ????? Driver offered to compensate us but everything he offered was costing extra !!!! We eventually got a Limo for return journey to the airport, but after protracted negotiations, communications were brief and no apology. Operators need to learn more about customer relations.
