The instructions on arrival are pretty vague. You have to get your bags then lug them to a parking area, not out front where the taxis are. Also, I paid when I booked. A few weeks later called to tell them we had 8 bags for the 4 of us. They charged me, and I paid for a larger car at that time. Upon arrival, it was a cluster. I was charged an additional amount. Then, we lugged all the luggage, with someone in a wheelchair and a family member who can’t walk far, and the driver immediately upon getting us in the car shoved a phone app in my face to pay more plus he added himself a tip. I would have been better off grabbing 2 cans by the time it was done.
