Transfer worked as instructions said they would. Called number then driver called me when he was near.

TOO BAD I HAVE TO EVEN GIVE THIS A STAR. IT DESERVES NONE. I had come from a long trip in Europe. I arrived by a ship into Brooklyn. I was to be met by a Luxury Sedan / SUV from Carmel. This did not happen. Instead I was met by a driver that got lost in the area. His name is MAMADOU. He did call once when he arrived and was in the wrong terminal. He asked if I could walk there. I said now. I had 5 bags of luggage and a wife that doesn't walk well. He needs to come and pick us up where all guests waiting for private care are waiting. He was upset and hung up. He finally came over to us and did not park at the curb. He was in the middle of the area. He did pop the trunk and expected me to bring my luggage. He waved to me while he sat in the car. I started. to roll my bags over. I could tell I would be better than waiting for him to help. He got out of his car and took my first bag. It was my silver suitcase bag. He picked it up from the street to put in the trunk and he ripped the handle off the car. Two screws popped out and the handle is broken. I told him what just happened. He said it was my fault. It was not his fault. HE DID BREAK IT. I SAW IT WITH MY EYES. I KNOW THAT HAPPENED. It then came to the next bag. He laid it flat and could not put the next bag in. So he twisted the bag around on an angle and wedged it in the third bag. And put my knapsack in the trunk. I took my other bags and put them with me in the back seat. He would not allow me to put them in the empty front seat. We then got in the car and we left the area. We did call customer service. That was an issue. We told them what happened. MAMADOU started yelling and saying that he did not break that bag. That I broke the bag even though it was torn when he picked it up. The car was in bad shape. I won't even mention how when he drove the car in NYC he had to stop short as he was weaving in and out of lane and had to stop because he almost hit another car as it was turning. I have lived in NYC all my life. I have used Carmel many times. This was the worst. And the last.

A driver not honest ; I payed for a full cost services; first of all the driver was in a big late. He, before dropping off our luggages, wanted an extra payment for additional taxes (included in my voucher) and his tip. Not a good ecpery
