I'll preface my review by saying that I read tripadvisor reviews and research and compare every tour very thoroughly, and I'm a super picky customer. Bridgette FAR exceeded my expectations (which is why she gets such phenomenal reviews!). And she charges such a reasonable rate (Bridgette--you should charge more for the incredible service you offer, as you are already a much better deal than your competitors. Seriously. Like $10 more pp). On Sunday, there were several obstacles (a garage sale in the park, a half marathon blocking streets between us) that made us late, but she was so nice and professional. It was also cloudy at the park (we had signed up for a Balboa Park tour), but she asked what kind of things we were interested in and asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a longer tour that went down but the harbor first. We LOVED this modification! It was sunny and beautiful by the harbor, and we learned so many interesting facts that we didn't know and got to see so much more of the city than we would otherwise. By the time we got back up to the park, it was sunny there also. She also took us to extra places that I don't think are on either tour, and basically just went out of her way to make us have a wonderful day, without any thought about her own time or compensation. Besides being very knowledgeable and friendly, Bridgette is also one of the most genuine, down-to-earth tour guides I've ever met--we had so much fun chatting with her about anything and everything. It was like talking to a good friend rather than a tour guide. If you're considering booking this tour, so it NOW and do not go with another company, You will NOT be sorry. Spend a few hours with Bridgette and you will have a wonderful day. Thanks for everything, Bridgette! And continued success with your business!!!

Had a blast touring Balboa Park with Bridgette. She was very knowledgeable about not just the park but also the San Diego area in general and gave us several suggestions on where to go and what to do. Also a patient teacher when demonstrating how to use the Segway.

This was the first time my wife and I got on a Segway. Bridgette was absolutely fantastic in training us before we went on the trip. We saw a lot of Balboa park and Bridgette explained a lot of what we saw when we stopped. She knows her history and it was Funtastic!! I highly recommend this tour.
