Customer satisfaction is our priority, our guides are well trained, experienced and aware of the events in Central Park, especially largest annual marathon. Your guide was Moussa, he has over 15 years touring experience, if you check the reviews he is praised by all the customers. The tour guide was taking you towards the secondary entrance and giving you information regarding the surroundings when unfortunately he got a flat tire, this is a very rare instance and we apologize for the inconvenience. From what we know, you agreed to wait by his pedicab, so he could quickly get a spare tube, however on his return within 15 minutes you were nowhere to be found, he called you several times and left a message, but you never replied. Nor you contacted our office. Normally our guides always have a spare tube, but that day he borrowed it to his friend, it’s just a rare unlucky situation.
