We made an extremely short visit to NY for my Mom’s 78th birthday over Easter weekend. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our private SUV tour with our native New Yorker tour guide! We saw more landmarks and special places during that short tour than I believed possible in only 4 hours. If you want to sightsee with a knowledgeable, funny, and experienced host- this tour is for you. I’d like to do this again someday and highly recommend it for others.

Everything about our private tour of Brooklyn was handled expertly and efficiently by our guide Norman and driver Victor. Norman is so knowledgeable and personable and he really accommodated our group's questions and interests. I thought he did a great job of offering modifications throughout the day to suit the different needs of our group which was 17 people ranging in age from 2 to 90. He also managed to personalize the experience for us. We saw diverse areas of the city while managing to visit areas that were meaningful to our family. I would love to explore further and would definitely use this company/guide again in the future.

Sheldon and his company were amazing from start to finish. His service and help creating a custom, private tour was excellent. Being from out of town and not understanding how it all works, Sheldon explained it step by step and had excellent communication. Sheldon provided excellent follow up along the way, confirming our booking and when he arrived on tour day. He followed up after the tour to ensure everything went smooth. His knowledge of the city and history is unsurpassed, he is fascinating. He was courteous and professional the whole time. There were no issues. I definitely recommend Sheldon and his tours. He really took care of our group and showed them the best time ever in NYC. Sheldon is a must when visiting the city, can't thank him enough!
