I did not take this tour as our plans were cancelled due to COVID-19. I was part of a 2 group tour and paid a deposit. When we cancelled, a full refund was mailed to us. I have always felt, when booking and organizing a shore excursion that a lot is arranged before hand. With Best New York tours, this process was smooth and easy. Correspondence was answered promptly and efficiently. One day I do plan to visit New York. I will book with Best New York tours.

This was my third tour with Sheldon and I plan to book with him every time! We take a group of high school theater kids to New York every other year and this tour is always one of their favorite highlights. Sheldon is a life-long New Yorker and knows his stuff. He talks history and sprinkles in his personal stories as well giving the tour something extra that you can only get from a native New Yorker. He knows the best places to stop for lunch and snacks and while I have done three tours with him he changes it up that even I got to see something new this time. You can't go wrong booking a private tour with him!

Sheldon was a great tour guide! Despite some pretty ugly weather, we had an action-packed day and saw many of the great sights of New York. We have previously done a walking tour, which was great. However, with a couple in their 70s with us on this trip we decided a private vehicle tour would be much better. Would highly recommend!
