They have horrible customer service; unresponsive and combative. They refused to take phone calls, and only accept texts, when I reached out after booking to confirm the time and location to meet for the tour. And when our airboat got stuck for an hour in the weeds due to our drivers inexperience and negligence they brushed me off (via text because they don't accept phone calls) and told me I had already paid for the tour in full so they weren't going to help. I really hope for the sake of this company they just have one bad employee manning their phone line. There are so many other operators however offering this exact same tour for the same price that I would NOT recommend booking with them.

Hi, we are sorry your boat broke down. Unfourtently it happens even to the best-maintained Airboats. We send your group a new airboat to pick you up and it all went smooth. It does not make it faster to text and call the booking hotline. Specialty because the booking hotline team has no idea what happens out in the Everglades. The Airboat team is running the show out in Everglades :) PS: You reviewed the wrong tour, you did not have a tour including a pick-up.

It was an unforgettable experience. The tour guide was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The airboat ride was a ton of fun. We will definitely use Banana Joe Tours again in the future!
