Our guide, though seemingly knowledgeable, spoke fast to a default, and had a speech impediment which made it very difficult to understand him. We are not hard of hearing (in our 50's) but had to ask him to speak louder and more slowly several times. We were sad to have missed out on a very expensive, private tour. The carriage(not the cleanest) had a very low roof that seemed to be loose and wiggling. If you wanted to see the top of a building you were passing, you had to duck your head out of the carriage to see. The person sitting along side of you had no view at all due to the low black canopy of the buggy. The ride came to an end and we were all disappointed. My brother in law looked at us and said, "Nice. But I couldn't understand a darned word he said."
