Brady was an excellent guide! Thank-you for such a great experience searching for dolphins. We enjoyed chatting with you and learning new details about the island and surrounding areas. The tour was an extra special gift for our vacation. Thanks again Brady!

Major fail with TripAdvisor/Viator/SPI Excursions! Booked a private boat tour so my daughter could have fun on a bot and see dolphins for her birthday. Arrived and it turns out our name didn’t make it into the system at SPI Excursions and the kid working the desk implied that it was my fault since I didn’t book directly with them. Another family came in for the same excursion we had booked and since they didn’t have any other “captains” available, we were told we’d have to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately it was our last day in SPI so that didn’t work for us. TripAdvisor and SPI Excursions need to get their act together. I’m sure it doesn’t matter to either company, but both have lost a customer today.

Hi Bruce, we understand your frustration, and please also try to understand ours when a third party reserves our seats it connects directly into our reservation system. That dolphin tour was not even available and why an agent even attempted to book it, I have no idea. Please note the cameras were reviewed and the "kid" who is 25 yrs of age simply stated it was out of our hands and we are unable to control the reservation because it wasn't made through us. It matters dearly to us that customers are upset, so much so that I personally was chatting with Trip Advisors tech chat over 2 hrs! So honestly, SPI EXCURSIONS, us, a small company, did everything possible ......a little compassion please 🧡
