When we met with our driver at LGA, he said our luggage was too big for his car. We all felt that he was a little rude in the way he spoke to us. All 3 of us had to sit in the backseat of the Mercedes while he put one of our suitcases in the front seat. He said we should have requested a larger axel car. When I made the reservation, the rep didn't seem to have any issue with issuing 3 adults with 3 suit cases for that particular sedan. I trusted she knew what she was talking about. The second thing that stood out was the driver was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. I thought he was supposed to wear a "uniform", and lastly, the driver was accepting other rideshare jobs while he was driving us to our hotel. We ended up cancelling our return trip, and booked a car through our hotel which had a well-dressed driver and an SUV for about $70 less than what Jet Black charged for a sedan.
