What an amazing private tour of LA with our guide Gregory! He was so personal and thoughtful and full of knowledge. He kept everyone engaged and learned about our interests and incorporated all that into our tour. I have done several guided tours of LA on the past, yet I still learned a ton from Gregory. It wouldn’t have been anywhere as enjoyable without him as our guide!

Unfortunately this tour did not hit the mark and did not match the price. There was nothing "luxurious" about this private tour. While our tour guide was knowledgeable about the town and sites, that is where it ended. We were picked up in a Kia sedan (not exactly what you picture for a luxury private tour), and the guide just frankly was inexperienced and did not excel in hospitality or tourism industry. He admitted that he doesn't drive often, and while he tried hard, was not a good driver at all. He also navigated poorly, not using Google Maps, missing turns and not watching the traffic, costing us an extra 45 minutes and missing sites we expected to see because time was up. For a "luxury" tour, the guide did not pay attention to the little things that you can be accustomed to in private tours - temperature control in the car, water or bathroom breaks when needed, lunch time, good route navigation, etc. The guide was just a young kid trying to make a buck. If the tour price was half of what it was, I could let this slide. He did know a lot of facts. He just was not cut out for this type of private tour experience that is expected, and the name - "Private Luxurious Tour" is extremely misleading.
