Rory, our guide, was a wealth of historical information which made this tour fun and interesting. He was so personable and I would highly recommend him as a tour guide! He was at the designated meeting location when we arrived - stress free! It is a walking tour, so wear comfortable shoes.

My sisters and I have been to NYC several times and have never done this tour. We had Rory for our guide and he was excellent, very informative, relaxed and so interesting. We had a small group of 5 people so was perfect for walking around crowded areas. I loved this tour and will definitely be back to visit Chelsea Market. We walked back to our hotel, 51st and 7th and did most of it on the High Line, which goes to 34th and 15th. Highly recommend the tour and request Rory for your guide.

Our guide Rory was great. Knowledgable, friendly, the type of guy you'd love hanging around with even if it wasn't for his fun stories and quirky manner. Turned out it was just my daughter and I for the tour which allowed us to ask lots of questions and choose our own pace. I much prefer a smaller group for those reasons and be warned the larger the company the bigger the groups can be. He was extremely personable and informed.
