Fish and explore the beaches of beautiful Nantucket Island with your native guide, Steve Tuna. Fish hard or simply explore and enjoy the beach. Steve knows the backroads of his island and will customize your beach adventure based upon wind, tide, beach conditions and your desires.

Each area of the Nantucket beach has a different and distinct personality. The south side of the island has the surf. The north side is more protected and much calmer. Great Point, the 7 mile long beach peninsula on the eastern shore, offers the greatest variety - an amazing combination of wildlife, pristine environment and great fishing!

Steve is dedicated to helping his guests discover the joys of Nantucket that are hidden away from the vast majority of island visitors. Beginning fishermen are welcomed! Steve will teach his guests how to cast their lures and other necessary techniques. Be prepared to make memories and, perhaps, catch a few fish!

First, we caught Blue Fish! Second, Steve is great with kids and ours had a blast. Third, Steve was born on Nantucket, retired as a Nantucket cop, and is a great tour guide. Fourth, when we got back to our room, my husband realized he had lost his glasses. Steve drove back to the beach and found them in the surf! 5-Stars!

Steve is a fantastic guy in addition to being an excellent fishing guide! Highly recommend!!! He is enthusiastic, polite, funny, and takes an interest in making the fishing experience good for all involved.

Steve Tuna brought my 8 year old son Connor and I fishing on Great Point Beach during our recent Nantucket trip. Steve picked us up at our hotel downtown and drove us out to the beach. I was a little nervous about bringing Connor because he gets bored pretty easy and I was also worried he could not handle the bigger surf cast fishing rods easily. The very first cast we hooked into a bluefish! After casting for a while and having Connor help reel in the next few fish we hooked into, Steve broke out a smaller 7' fishing rod for Connor to try. After working with him on casting for a while, he was able to take right off and handle casting on his own. We caught several big bluefish over the course of 4 hours, fishing in a few different spots. The first blue that Connor caught all on his own was followed in by a brown shark and almost bitten in half! We saw the brown sharks a few more times after that. I can't recommend fishing with Steve Tuna enough. He was fun and informative, and growing up on the island he knows where the fish hang out. Not only was this trip the highlight of our Nantucket trip, this was the highlight of Connor's entire year and a trip he will never forget. Can't wait to book the next time we are visiting!
