This was an excellent way to get out of the city on a short stay and see the real nature around Denver. It was easy to catch the tour van at Union Station and it returns to Union Station in 4 hours and you can do other things with the rest of your day. We saw snow capped mountains, Evergreen community, Golden Community, Red Rock Amphitheater, Buffalo Bill’s Museum and area on Lookout Mountain. Wonderful half day! Our guide was Gentry and she was fabulous! Such knowledge and a good voice for telling everything we saw. Great tour!

Our tour guide, Susie, was very aggressive. The day prior, Robyn, was much more pleasant. Susie did not allow ANY talking among the participants throughout the tour even when she wasn’t talking and wanted us all to remove our sunglasses and look directly at her when she was talking. Felt like I was in grade school. Her driving was also very aggressive and she tail gated a motorcycle driver way too close thru windy roads. The tour stated a stop at Golden yet day of it was taken out. Cost of tour was way too high considering what was covered. Would not recommend this one. The Rocky Mountain one I took day prior I liked much better and would recommend.

Hi D7761JDmichaelm— We're glad you had a great time with Robyn. We agree, she is very pleasant :) Susie is one of our most accomplished guides. She's full of energy and enthusiasm which most guests find infectious. She loves the mountains like one of her own children and cares deeply about sharing that love with our guests. It's unfortunate you found her aggressive, but as long as the mountains continue to be majestic, we won't ask her to tone down her excitement. The coach was well appointed and comfortable. Our guide was witty, energetic and knowledgeable of the area; she offered several recommendations to ensure we walked away with an authentic Denver experience. The tour was fantastic - I’ve been to the area several times, this time I feel like I’m leaving a little piece of my heart.
