Embark upon a traditional fishing tour of the waters of Ketchikan, Alaska. Try your hand at angling salmon, halibut or both in a small-group setting of 3-6 people. Invite the whole family and experience the action regardless of skill level. The captain will provide all required equipment for fishing and guide you through the marine waters to where you'll start catching fish on a 4- or 6-hour tour.

I went on this fascinating trip with my dad and a couple of friends. We went halibut and salmon fishing. William, our fishing guide, was very conversant with the area, always aware of where the good fishing spots are. We caught one fish after another until we reached our limit. One can argue that the scenery was just as amazing as the actual fishing. I would definitely make a trip to go back.

Went on this epic trip with my brother and dad along with a couple friends. This was the best fishing trip I have been on. William's expertise was amazing, especially in the wild inlets past Ketchikan. The scenery was beautiful. It was such a good trip, that catching fish was just a bonus. Everything else (cabin, warm shower, wilderness, hospitality, and great cooking) really made the trip. The fishing turned out to be amazing, but the memories will last a lifetime. I will definitely be heading back.

My two boys (15 & 18) and myself visited ketchikan to do Salmon and Halibut fishing. The fishing guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and easy going. All three of us had an amazing time and each caught a lot of what we were there for, Kings and Halibut. We'd highly recommend alaska king chrater to anyone considering going fishing in Alaska.
