I am very very upset as I had booked my tour a day before with the trip advisor but they did not coordinate further with the driver at Houston and I was there only for a day it was all messed up couldn’t take the tour and haven’t received any refund from there side inspite of writing them and asking for my refund .of $ 45 ... Pathetic communication and would not recommend anyone to take a tour with them in future

We stumbled onto Joyride by accident as we missed a booked city tour. Our car rental place, Enterprise recommended Joyride. I called and Robby and Marna came picked us up in downtown Houston and took us for a city tour. Was amazing! So informative and such nice people! We continued to use them for the entire weekend carting us from here to there! They were always very punctual and reliable! I would not hesitate to use Joyride again and again if every returning to the Houston area!. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend! Great job Robby and Marna!
