We booked a sunset cruise with the assurance (thru the 3rd party booking company who spoke to SPI supposedly) that the Captain would wear a mask since the children are unable to get vaccinated. Upon arrival the very young man at the desk was initially cordial but when we checked in he turned exceedingly rude and sarcastic. He asked us if we had been in the restaurant and did we see all the Trump signs? He said they would not conform to ‘our policy’, and that none of them were vaccinated and were never going to be vaccinated. We told him it was a safety issue with the children, it was not about politics, and he was nasty about it. I have not encountered such atrocious customer service in quite some time. If you enjoy being spoken to like you are trash then absolutely book with them, if not, STAY AWAY.

Hi Vicki, please keep in mind we are able to go back and review video footage and call recordings of all events. It seems that events have been "dramatized." I have recognized that you emailed us twice and there was also a call from Viator with you on the other line. All three times you told us you want our employees to wear a mask we responded "No, we DO NOT mandate our captains or employees to wear a mask per Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's current policy/mandate. And then you still confirmed the reservation on your own." As you entered our premises you were asking employees of ours if they had been vaccinated....That is HIPAA Violation! If our customers would like to mask, double mask, triple mask, or face shield they are welcome to do so. Thank God we live in America 😊
