Take a surfing lesson and enjoy a fun, safe and unforgettable surfing experience! Everything you need to surf is provided in one easy lesson. Each lesson includes a 10-15 minute land lesson on the basics of surfing and ocean safety. The rest of the lesson is spent in the water with your instructor. We are dedicated to providing surfing lessons to each student with a fun, safe and unforgettable surf experience. We adapt our style of teaching to the ability of each student. We will go that extra mile to make your surf experience the most memorable highlight of your vacation!

I had an amazing morning on the water with George. As a 60 something first time surfer I was a little nervous but George took away any nervousness and gave me all the tips I needed. Got up surfing on my second try. Thank you George and Maui Wave Runners for a thrill I have always wanted to experience. Rob

My visit was very organized from the moment I arrived. At age 78, and having never tried surfing, I scheduled a two hour private lesson. My instructor, George, was first rate. He took the time I needed to cover the basics before we hit the water. He was patient and encouraging throughout the lesson. He was interested in me as a person, not just another paying customer. I highly recommend Maui Wave Riders!

My daughter had a 2 hour private lesson with Ben. Ben was great and she was up and surfing right away. She had a great time and Ben is a great teacher! Highly recommend.
