I have never written a negative review for anything in my life. I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it, but I don't want anyone else to make the mistake I did. These people never showed up to the airport to transport us and I had to pay for alternative transportation. After countless emails and phone calls they continue to refuse to refund my money.
