We were on a family vacation and decided to do a last minute photo shoot. Unfortunately the photographer was a no show and did not respond to any communication.

Hi there, We are truly sorry your photographer was unable to make it to your confirmed photo shoot and understand how disappointing that must have been. Please know, this is not a typical Flytographer experience and we always do our very best to make up for these unfortunate and rare situations. In addition to a full refund for this booking, I see our team was also able to provide you with a credit for a future photo shoot, sent by email from our concierge team. I booked them since 5 years in every vacation at different places. So convenient, no hassel to look for semi class photographer at your location. Great experiences with pre-and after sales service. All photographer are real professionals and know they job. It has already reached a solid component in our vacaation to do family pictures. They are very valuable knowadays. But they will be priceless in 20-30 years.
