From start to finish this was the best fishing trip i have ever been on, we caught 40 fish and caught a species i have never caught before, it was a gar, trip was great boat was awesome, and Bill was a great captain, had us on the fish the whole 6 hrs, highly recommend a trip with him, his knowledge and expertise of the lake was second to none. I will be coming back next year to fish with him again.

Pessima... they weren't, I called the company, no one answered. We were only informed that they “had an accident” after a fisherman helped me and called directly at the company. Nothing trustworthy and recommendable!

Lamentamos mucho su experiencia e insatisfacción en la comunicación. A pesar de estos obstáculos, teníamos un capitán en camino para recibirlo mucho antes de lo previsto. Lamentablemente, como explicamos, un vehículo chocó con nuestra embarcación rompiendo el eje del remolque e impidiendo la llegada del capitán. Su reserva era para la tarde, por lo que no le quedaba tiempo para organizar otro barco. La comunicación de este problema se realizó a través de un tercero en el que usted realizó la reserva, que tenía control total sobre la comunicación entre nosotros, lo que generó su frustración. Sumándose al caos ya, no hablas inglés, te buscamos y te encontramos en Whatsapp, que era el único acceso que teníamos para comunicarnos y estuvo bien una vez que nos conectamos. Le ofrecimos horarios y fechas alternativas, pero usted se negó porque entendía que tenía una agenda apretada, por lo que solicitamos un reembolso completo. Realmente entendemos su frustración y apreciamos sus comentarios. Lo tendremos en cuenta para mejorar nuestro servicio.
