I paid for a ticket for my husband and had to cancel early that day, first person was helping me and we were disconnected, I called back and the young lady wouldn't help me because said the booking wasn't in my name. I asked her to check and see who paid for it, she was rude and would not help me. Never again refund or not.

We took our family to Provincetown for the day from Boston and took BHC's 9am ferry over, the 4pm back. The staff were friendly, professional and kind. The boat was on time in both directions. They offered to hold the boat a couple minutes when one of our group may have been late (but wasn't.) The spacing indoors was marked off for social distancing. They affirmed mask-wearing as a policy and passengers were good about it. The boat was not packed, and while this wasn't great for their business, it felt good to me. The outside seating was plentiful, clean, no trash lying around at all, indoor surfaces were clean. When folks departed, they grouped a bit on the planks (even after warnings not to), so I recommend being the last one off the boat. Their tea and coffee were nice and the snacks were fine. We'll go again. FYI: You can rent bikes for less than taking them over and having to deal with them while in PTown. (& electric bikes are$25/2hrs!) Go for the trip- it's a great break from always-at-home and for the day, it's a great way to travel.

Enjoyed the ferry so much. It was great ! Very comfortable & crew very nice. Very easy ride really felt like I was on vacation .
