Depending on the size of your group, your tour might be in a coach bus, mini bus, Sedan, SUV, or sprinter.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.
There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour.

I had a Superheroes Tour booked for this morning (7/10/21) with my husband and 7 year old son. We booked this tour months ago and paid almost $500 because it is what my son wanted to do more than anything while in NY for the first time. Friday afternoon I received an email simply stating the tour was cancelled with NO explanation. I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails and we are STILL HERE. I can't even tell him if we can move the tour to another day or move on because no one will contact me back. To say we are disappointed is the understatement of the year. We understand that emergencies happen but the complete lack of communication is disgraceful. Shame on On Location Tours! As a tourist driven business, you should be well aware that your customers plan their visits around these events and we can't even get a reply. Families particularly with small children beware. This business is happy to run your card right away then pull the rug out from underneath you with NO EXPLANTION or COMMUNICATION!

We had to process a cancellation the day before the tour because our Super Tour guide was unfortunately exposed to COVID19. We had sent this customer an email regarding the cancellation the day before. This customer was not at the meeting point at the time of the cancellation, something they claim in their review. We offered a reschedule option but did not have a guide available on the dates they had requested and immediately processed a full refund. We also sent over 3 adult certificates for our public Super Tour, which do not have an expiration date and can be used on this customer's next visit.

Everything was excellent! Chris is an excellent tour guide that goes above and beyond. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. I highly recommend this tour!
