I went on a tour last year (8/21/22) and it was horrible. It was an 8 hour tour of the island that had 2 children under the age of 2 crying and screaming at the top of their lungs for most of the trip. The driver didn't enforce the mask policy (during the height of Covid-19) which was the company's policy. I complained and called the agency while I was on the tour. I left a negative review and was contacted when I returned home by the owner. He apologized and offered me a free tour for my two children and my husband and I. I told him it may be a year before he returned and he said that was fine. I am back here in Hawaii and called for my free tour. Now they don't want to honor what I was told by the owner. They said the owner said he offered me a 10% discount which is a complete lie. I would not recommend using this tour company. You do not get what you pay for. They are full of crap and will lie to you. This is not the type of service I paid for and expected. I would give them -1 star if it was possible.

Aloha! I am sorry you feel that way. We strive offer the best experience. Our drivers and staff follow all protocols required by the state of Hawaii. Our drivers did their best to work with the parents of the crying babies to improve the situation for everyone's experience. As for the free tour you claimed we offered you, we have sent you the communications record that we clearly states that we offered you a discount. It's unfortunate that you would call us liars when we have recorded proof of what we offered you and it was sent to you and you still chose to leave such a negative review.

Family booked the Pearl Harbor Tour in May. We spent a week on Kauai in late June and went over to Oahu for one night to see Pearl Harbor. Real Hawaii Tour bus was scheduled to pick us up between 11:15 and 11:30. No Bus. No Text. No Call from the company. Real Hawaii claimed we were not at the right area for the bus pickup. Company would reschedule for another day but would not give us a refund. Obviously, the time and money spent to come over to Oahu for this tour was in vain due to Real Hawaii Tours. Company is very unprofessional and non-responsive. I would highly recommend to never use this company for any tours in the future – too many other reputable companies available. Lesson learned the hard way. BTW – the Real Hawaii Tours site displays reviews but does not provide you a way to submit a review; no wonder….
