This was hands down the best activity my family and I did in Hawaii, what a great way to end our vacation. Our amazing tour guide was named Lepa. She took so much time and care to take us to beautiful destinations and let us stay for however long we wanted to. She took us to a famous banana bread place and even took us to various fruit stands because we mentioned wanting to try jack fruit. She picked us handfuls of strawberry guavas and flowers for us to have. Lepa lived in Hana for over 10 years so she knows all the best people and places there. The Road to Hana was an experience we will never forget. Beautiful black sand beaches, lava tubes, waterfalls, blowholes and food, it’s something you don’t want to miss, especially if you book it with Lepa.

We did this tour day 1 in Maui. From the customer service we received when booking (I messed up our online reservation- texted the number on the website and there was a refund in my account within the hour) #teamkaili Kaili was our guide. He had great stories to tell. A native Hawaiian with a large family - he a lot of fun stories to share. It was important for him to learn all his guests names and interests and used this to keep the conversation going. The tour. Wow. No question to take the tour. I can’t imagine doing it myself - in a rental - without a guide. Sit back - watch the scenery change from forest to desert ( who knew?). Stops times perfectly and just enough time to enjoy where you are before moving on. I suggest water shoes. We wore flip flops and navigating water stops was tricky. All in all - great first day. Thank you Kaili!!!

It was our first time doing the Road to Hana and we loved it! Our guide was Justin and he did such an incredible job in giving us a history lesson on the beauty of Hana! He was incredible guide and definitely made the journey insightful and fun!! Definitely recommend it and recommend him as a guide! He did a great job in taking us to some beautiful scenic places! We also left one of our cellphones on the vehicle and he was so nice to bring us back the phone to our hotel!! So check your seats before you leave!!
