We are one of the First Private Tour Providers on the island and have been in business since 2007. We custom tailor each tour to our guests bucket list desires and abilities. Our guides knowledge of Hawaii's unique history and ecology gives special meaning to our tours. Limiting the tours to one or two small groups at a time gives us the ability to serve our guests on an individual basis and creates a more comfortable dynamic for questions and answers. you come as a guest and leave as family.

OMG where do I start! Susan and Matt are the ONLY people you should think about contacting if you want the BEST experience in Maui. I had the daunting task of putting together two week's worth of activities for the four families traveling in our group. We had eight kids, ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 20 and ten adults. I was given Awapuhi Adventure's name from a friend and I'm so glad Susan was the first person I called. She was so knowledgeable and excited to work with our (huge) group. I basically gave her a rough outline of the days we were there and the excursions we were looking to do, which included hiking, parasailing, incredible guided hiking tour of the island with Matt, glass blowing, snorkeling, private dinner cruise, private fishing charter for the kids, deep sea fishing charters for the adults, spa recommendations, ATV tour, and she even helped me arrange a VERY special father's day treat for the dads with a helicopter tour of the island with a stop in Hana and lunch at a private ranch. These guys were amazing! Susan put everything together prior to our departure in a very detailed itinerary (I'm a very type "A" personality so I like solid details). She also text me every evening to give me a summary of the next day's activities including meeting location, required clothing, address, duration of event, etc. The kids and adults had an amazing time and everything went off without a hitch! The adults in our group consisted of many business executives, and the last thing we wanted to do was worry about planning activities on our vacation. Awapuhi Adventures was the greatest phone call I could have ever made! Thank you Susan and Matt! We will be highly recommending you to all our friends and family, and we will call you again when we are in Maui! Take care and THANK YOU!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Matt at Awapuhi Adventures. He customized our tour per our requests and was able to take us to areas that were less crowded. We swam at the waterfalls, explored the black sand beaches and enjoyed the beautiful scenery! Matt was very informative about the island and it's history.

I had an awesome time on the Road to Hana with my family. The tour is done completely to how your family wants it to be done. In our case we got to see many scenic waterfalls and do a few cliff jumps. I had a great time and felt safe throughout the entirety of our tour.
