My husband and I were quite disappointed. Unfortunately our cruise was cut short due to the Lahaina fire burning in the hills above us. What was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours only lasted an hour and a half from boarding to disembarking. We didn't get to finish our 2nd drink, and rushed through dessert. The meal itself was very good; excellent prime rib. The wait staff however did not make any attempt to engage with the passengers, which always makes for an enjoyable experience. The entertainment, while very good musically, detracted from the "romantic" feel of the cruise , in that the young female singer wore shorts, t shirt, and a ball cap to perform in.
Yes, I get that there were safety issues at hand, but there was no attempt made to offer any kind of compensation for rushing us through and cutting it short. Considering what we had to pay, not a great experience.

Aloha, I'm sorry to hear your feedback. Please feel free to reach out to our reservations team to see if we can attempt experience recovery.
Many of those not familiar with Hawaii, are not familiar with how fast fires move on the hillsides; causing stress for residents and safety concerns for both residents and tourists. Safety is always above all.
Please call our reservation team! Hope to talk to you soon.
