Absolutely wonderful! Our rour guide, Martha, was the best and so knowledgeable. The Tuk Tuk was so much fun. It's a great way to see the city.

We had an awesome day bar hopping via RVATukTuk in RVA with some out-of-town family! Our driver, Ben, was super friendly and suggested some sight-seeing stops we didn't plan on but loved! The booking, pick-up/drop-off processes were easy as well. I'm looking forward to booking another trip in the fall with some local friends! RVATukTuk is an excellent addition to Richmond!!

If you want the short story: we had an amazing time and would absolutely do it again! This is most definitely a 10/10 would recommend scenario. I found RVATukTuk on Instagram while searching for something fun to do with my family while they were in town. Since I live pretty far from my home town, my family hasn't been down to visit much. It was important that I make the trip as special as possible and show them my city. I was unsure which tour to book at first because they offer so many! I reached out via email to RVATukTuk and they responded immediately. They were very patient with all of my questions and walked me through everything which I really appreciated. The site was easy to use and I was able to book everything in less than 5 minutes. On the day of the tour it was raining - ugh! Before I could even reach out, they called me and assured me that the TukTuk was equipped with rain gear so we could still go on the tour. They also gave me the option to reschedule for no extra charge. Can you say amazing customer service?! Since my family was only here for the weekend, we kept our tour as scheduled and we're so glad we did! The TukTuk holds 6 people and we were able to bring a car seat on board for our 7 month old. We were able to see some great spots and learn more of the city's history. My family and I truly enjoyed it!
