Will overcharge you every chance they get and terrible customer service! We first went a couple weeks ago as a single flyer for my mother's birthday. She had a great time, but when they asked her if she wanted to go higher while she was in the wind tunnel she said yes, not realizing there was an extra charge. Ok, so I let that one "fly". Bought a pass for 10 return flights for the advertised $229 price so I could split between 5 people (not the lower price for only 2 people). total was over $300 for that, but I thought that included my mothers flight, never checking my card that they actually had already charged me days prior for my moms flight. Fast forward and get there with my 4 other friends after calling to book for FIVE people and rudely am told by front that I bought the $149 package for only 2 people. Without making any effort to look it up, Amanda asked me to go find my voucher, which I did, and she still says I bought the $149. Then I have to find my receipt for over $300 and then she decides she will check the system for me, and surprise, they charged me $299 for the $229 package. Then Im told we can give you a credit for the difference, for high flights- fine, at least I wont be surprised at the end with extra charges. What would have been appropriate is to apologize, refund me the difference to my card, and offer a small compensation for their error (ie. a free $20 high flight)- this was not done. For as much as I spent there I would expect nicer front desk people and some effort on their part to listen to the customer! On top of that, had to spend twice a long there while we let the professional skydivers take turns between our group participants, not cool. Despite having fun and a great flight instructor on the 2nd group flight, I will not be returning.
