It was the worst experience I ever had. We got sat in a area far away from everyone I felt very excluded the food was very cold didn’t get to enjoy.

This was my valentine present to my boyfriend. They messed up our reservation, I paid for window seat and they didn't honor my reservation seating us at a non window seat. The manager on board, was terrible, rude, condescending and mean. She had no empathy for our situation, treated us terribly making the whole experience even worse. Do not buy tickets online, maybe go to their counter to make sure you have proper documentation of what you are promised because they will not honor it and will scam you.

My husband and I eloped in California so we wanted to give our family members a nice little surprise and oh how this was just the absolute best!! First of all, I accidentally booked for Sunday rather than Saturday but everyone was so understanding and they were able to get all fourteen of us on the Saturday cruise! Our waiter Sal and the lady were absolutely phenomenal!! The food and views were 10/10!!! Cannot wait to go back on it!!! There was music, games, an upstairs deck to get some fresh air and soak up the rays, which was my favorite spot!!
