As we were traveling to San Diego the day before our scheduled tour, the tour operator texted me to notify they were canceling the tour. They offered to continue if we paid an additional $80/pp to convert to a private tour. As this cancellation was less than 24 hours before the tour and our rationale for booking it was due to limited time in San Diego and desire to see many sites, we were unable to reschedule to the alternative dates offered. The other competitor tours were full at that point when I tried to book an alternative option, so we missed the tour option for our short stay in San Diego. It is unfortunate as I chose this company based on good trip advisor reviews.

We offered you to rescheduled for the next day, but since that didn't work for you, we proposed a private tour for a small fee per person to avoid canceling altogether. Additionally, to make up for the inconvenience, we're offering you a 15% discount on any future tours if you ever return to San Diego.
