This tour was simply perfect. We got to see all of the most significant and well-known parts of San Diego in a short amount of time. We didn't have a rental car, so going to all these places on our own would have cost a lot. Linda, our tour guide was so knowledgable and kind. She was a gift to the tour. We had just enough time at each place where we stopped to get out and look around and take some pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a great tour of San Diego and learn some history along the way as well.

Our pickup time went from 930am to 8am last minute. The driver was 30 minutes late. We were supposed to go to Coronado Island and La Jolla beach. These two stops were replaced with two beaches where nothing had opened yet because it was early. No clean bathrooms in site. Both beaches were so dirty and absolutely nothing exciting to see. I do not recommend this excursion at all!

Hello Diane, Thank you for your review and I’m sorry you didn’t fully enjoyed the tour. The day of your tour was the 4th of July, and we changed the time from 9.30am to 8am to make it way smoother for you. By 9.30am traffic is already busy. We changed the time due to a special holiday. Unfortunately we couldn’t go to Coronado or La Jolla, again because of the 4th of July. The roads were closed, as they were preparing the festivities and the fireworks. It was just not possible to get there, and you won’t have been able to see anything. We also send you an email before the tour, to let you know the itinerary and the time will be different due to the holiday. The beaches that we took you instead, as the roads were open, were Pacific beach and Ocean beach, 2 of the most representative beaches in San Diego, with beautiful boardwalks, beautiful scenic views, surfers, souvenirs shops, local stores, longest pier on the West Coast, beach stores, you couldn’t have been more immerse in the San Diego living, and I’m so sorry you did not enjoyed it. I’m also sorry you couldn’t find clean bathroom in San Diego. The driver did arrived 20mins late and I really apologize for it. He got delayed due to some accident on the freeway and did his best to get there as soon as he could. Again I’m sorry you didn’t enjoyed the tour, we changed the itinerary due to the 4th of July, because of road closures and it was not an option to go to those places, and we changed the time to make sure you will be able to see as much as possible and not spend the 4hours in the bus. We had a great time on the tour! We saw a lot of different spots in just a few hours. It was a great way to start our trip and get an idea of the best places to go in San Diego. Our tour guide, Roxane, was fantastic- she gave us great recommendations!
